Nothing measured yet.
The app works from your own scores. Run the check once and everything here fills in: the three dimensions, what moved since last time, and which tool is worth your afternoon.
The same nine questions, quarterly.
Nothing new to learn. Answering the same nine questions on a schedule is what turns a snapshot into a trend, and a dimension slipping six points is cheap to correct while it is still six points.
Check any line against your own position.
Not a taste test. The Lab compares what you wrote to the sentence you decided on, and shows you the words doing the damage.
One sentence: who you are for, and what you do that others do not. Everything below is measured against it.
Save a position first. Without it the Lab would be grading your writing against nothing, which is what every other tool does.
The Lab reads structure and overlap, not intent. It cannot tell you whether the position itself is right. That is the diagnostic’s job, and mine.
The decisions that aren’t worth a meeting.
State the decision in front of you. The Advisor answers against your saved position and your last scores, and says plainly when a decision is too big for a tool.
The Advisor is the one tool here that needs a language model behind it, which means a small server endpoint holding the key. Until that is connected it stays dark rather than guessing. The Health Check and the Lab run entirely in your browser and need nothing.
Entry is ordered, not open.
The Health Check and the Lab work now and keep everything in your own browser. Accounts, saved history across devices and the Advisor arrive with early access. Add your email and I will write when there is something to use.
