What is collected, and why.
Starlight75 is a brand strategy, identity and digital design practice run by Linda. This notice explains what information passes through starlight75.com, including the diagnostic and the app, and how it is handled.
What you give directly
Your name, email address and whatever you write in the inquiry form or the app waiting list. That is the only information that reaches me, and it reaches me by email.
What stays on your device
Diagnostic answers, Health Check scores and the positioning sentence you save in the Messaging Lab are held in your own browser and are never transmitted. I cannot see them.
What the host records
The web host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability. I do not use them to build a profile of you.
How it is used
To reply to you, and to carry out work you have engaged me for. Nothing is sold, rented or traded. You will not be added to a mailing list for writing to me.
Who else sees it
Only the services required to run the site: the web host, and Formspree, which delivers form submissions to my inbox. Each sees only what it needs to do that job.
How long it is kept
Correspondence is kept while you are an active client or conversation, and deleted on request otherwise. Waiting list emails are kept until you ask to come off, or until the list is retired.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. Write to transform@starlight75.com and I will act on it. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Using this site.
These terms govern your use of starlight75.com, the diagnostic and the app. Using any of them means you accept them. They do not govern client engagements, which are scoped and signed separately.
The work
Brand strategy, identity, digital design and marketing engagements are scoped, priced and agreed individually in writing. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a contract.
The diagnostic
The diagnostic scores nine self-reported answers. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an audit, a valuation or professional advice about your business.
The app
The app is in early access by waiting list. Features and availability may change, and the Brand Advisor requires a connection that may not be active.
No guaranteed outcome
Brand work depends on many things outside my control, including your market and your own execution. No specific commercial result is promised by any engagement, diagnostic score or app output.
Intellectual property
Deliverables become yours on full payment, as set out in your agreement. I keep the right to show completed work in a portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing, and nothing in progress is shown before you have cleared it.
Confidentiality
What you share in conversation, in the inquiry form or in the app is treated as confidential. The same is expected in return regarding my methods, working files and unreleased material.
This site
The text, images, illustration and code on starlight75.com are mine or my clients’ and may not be reproduced without permission. You may read, link to and quote the site normally.
Liability and changes
To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim arising from this site or these tools is limited to what you have paid me in the preceding twelve months. These terms may be updated as the practice changes; the effective date above will change with them.
